Yesterday took place Chanel Cruise 2011-12 Fashion Show in Cannes ,France at Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, Cap d’Antibes, where Karl Lagerfeld surprised us with another gorgeous collection , this time accompanied by a short film called The Tale of a Fairy. The film is written and directed by Lagerfeld.

The Cruise collection is dominated by simplicity, refinement and elegance like we are already used to see when comes about Chanel. This line includes tweed blazers, bias-cut gowns, palazzo trousers ,chiffon gowns or black and white one-piece swimsuits and floaty robe .

Fresh and soft color, clean shapes, pefect cuts, vintage influences, prints or sheer details makes Chanel’s Cruise collection very chic and puts in value the glamour even in the most chilling moments.

The Tale of a Fairy short film stars Anna Mouglalis, Chanel ambassadress, Amanda Harlech, Kristen McMenamy, Freja Beha, Bianca Balti, Baptiste Giabiconi, Brad Koening, Jake Davies, Mark Vanderloo, Oriol Elcacho, Sébastien Jondeau, Seth Kuhlmann, among other friends of the House and it will be exclusively revealed for the rest of the world this evening at 9 pm GMT time.
